Here are the other layouts I have done this weekend.

3 Layouts in 90 Minutes

This was a challenge on the Scrapbooking Memories forum. Here are my efforts in 90 minutes.

A card and a birthday

Jessica turned 2 yesterday. Where did the time go? I bet everyone says that as their children have another birthday but really what happened to that time?

I decorated 2 cakes for her. One for Playgroup and the other to have here at home. Dorothy the Dinosaur is her favourite so that's what we put on her cake. Not at all what I wanted but it did the job. As Kevin said, everyone that matters knew what it was. Everyone under 5. She liked it so that is all that matters to me. She had a wonderful day and was so exhausted but was too tired to go to bed. (They are supposed to be having a sleep now to compensate for yesterday but all they've done is played and now they are up and really really grumpy.) All three girls were up during the night so I was not a happy camper. Yes camper for real as I am camped out in the lounge room while the out laws are staying. (Hi Mum) I also made Jessica's card. Wasn't a little girly card but it did have roses on it for Jessica Rose.

A New Goal

I've decided that my new goal with my scrapping this year is to end the year with now pages in my work-in-progress folder. Let's see if I can manage that. I'd better get off the computer, attend to the crying kid, finish the housework then start work on my pages in my folder.

Getting some scrapping done

I have been scrapping almost every night for 3 weeks now. I'm getting good at quick layouts thanks to the inspiration of one of the ladies in the class at the scrapbooking show. She said she does most of her layouts in half an hour!!!! What a challenge. I've managed to do two 30 minute or under layouts in 2 days. I guess it's good. The quality might not be the best but the memories are recorded and that's the main thing. Right??

Here are two of my recent layouts. Yes, I know. I still haven't worked out the camera yet. Need lessons. Hint, hint.

This is the page done in half an hour. I included the shell that Jessica found at the beach.

I really need to get better at photographing my layouts because my photos don't really do them justice but it is better than not having them at all.

I really wish I could put these photos in a better order. The upload thingy is really annoying me.
